Collaboration is an important part of our mission. At United Against Poverty in Indian River County, we advocate for a “more is more” approach. We believe that the more we can work together with organizations and the more services and resources we can provide on the ground, the more we can help those who are hidden, hungry and injured in this community. In collaboration with your local healthcare team, PPHP provides better quality and better coordinated care that keeps our members healthier. More information. We regularly refer to partner agencies so that people in crisis can access the services they need to stabilize their lives. These services included: health care, domestic violence counselling, mental health assistance, compensation, work placement, education, elder services, veterans assistance and child care.
